In the Spring of 2001, an exchange program was created between the North Charleston Fire Department and the Wiltshire Fire Brigade. Wiltshire County is roughly 70 miles west of London, England. Our base of operations is the city of Swindon. The program, started between firefighters, has boasted three trips so far with more coming in the future.
